I work relationally with everyone using eveidence based practices like: IFS-informed therapy, EMDR and Somatic EMDR. I’m a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) in training and certified in Transforming Touch (TEBB). My holistic approach honors mind, body, and spirit, gently supporting trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection.
I work with individuals, couples, groups, and families of all ages. As an artist, I see the beauty and potential in each person I meet. I use creative, collaborative approaches to co-create a healing path that feels uniquely yours.
