It's difficult to choose a therapist off of a list so I hope it will provide some confidence knowing that I have been in private practice in Orange County for almost 40 years. I specialize in relationship issues with couples and with various issues for individuals. I also work with teens and young adults. I have had great success with a specific journaling technique that I have developed and am confident that I can help you with whatever challenges you are currently experiencing. I know it's scary to start therapy, but I'm confident I can help you navigate this new experience in a way that will make you feel safe and comfortable.
I am now working only remotely doing online Zoom or phone sessions. This has increased my availability and I'm happy that it is also working best for my clients saving them time and gas money.
