Welcome! I have been a mental health therapist for 5 years, but I have worked with children and adults for 10+ years. I became a Licensed Master’s Social Worker in July 2018 and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in November 2023. I find joy in aiding people in learning about themselves and their emotions, so they are able to function better in the world around them. I am a published author, so I enjoy incorporating writing into my practice, as needed, due to its cathartic nature. I approach therapy with the understanding that each client is different and requires a unique level of care.

I individualize care based on client’s personal needs and treatment goals. I utilize CBT, mindfulness, and strength based therapy. I specialize in self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and women’s issues.

I believe that each client already has the tools to build the life they desire. I want to be there to help them identity when to use the appropriate tool. As my client, you will be better able to navigate your daily life and express your emotions in a healthy manner.
