Living with grief, trauma and stress can feel lonely and isolating. It can also show up as chronic pain, fatigue, sleeping, depression and anxiety. If you are looking to be proactive in your mental health healing, want to incorporate empowering coping skills and also have the desire to change patterns that no longer serve you, these therapy sessions can help you to integrate your stress and trauma in a way that allows you to feel embodied and whole again. I specialize in somatic therapy and using a mind-body connection to heal and integrate.
I specialize in evidence based somatic interventions and mindfulness therapy in sessions, which bring in the mind-body connection to heal. I believe that a body centered approach is one in which can be the most powerful and transformative experiences in a therapeutic setting. Together we will create an accessible and holistic plan for you.
If you are ready to heal in therapy I would be honored to work with you on your journey. Finding the right therapist for you takes time and trust building. Feel free to reach out to me and connect to learn more what a personalized embodied session could look like for you.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga Group Therapy
Explore a slow, gentle, and balanced yoga flow through forms designed to reconnect the body and mind. Experience choice and empowerment as you are offered a variety of options and modifications, creating a safe space to be fully present. Designed from the trauma sensitive yoga model, sequences are similar each week so you can focus on mindfulness of your breath, slowing of the mind, and re-connecting with your body. This group is a great addition if you are already working on trauma work with an individual therapist. Contact me to receive more information and see if you are a good fit!
