My passion and focus is working with adults, adolescents, and families experiencing distress in their relationships and/or symptoms of depression and anxiety. I approach my work with clients from a place of genuine curiosity and understanding. I aim to provide a safe space where we can discuss the challenges getting in the way of achieving your goals and create a sustainable support system for lasting change in your life. I pride myself on being transparent during the process and an active participant in session.
I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or conflict with peers and family. I am trainee at The White Institute and I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also skilled in working with individuals, adolescent, families, and couples struggling with grief and loss.
My background as a Yoga Teacher, Nutrition, and Healthcare studies informs the ways in which I strive to help my clients achieve a better balance between negotiating daily stress and building care and compassion for themselves. I offer flexible scheduling, pricing, and various modes of communication: phone coaching, video session, email, and text.
