About
My approach to therapy is to provide a non-judgmental, safe space to process and grow. I specialize in working with individuals going through life transitions, relationship challenges, those caring for loved ones with mental illness, dementia, addiction, and individuals working through their own mental or physical challenges. My professional experience includes a variety of treatment methods, most frequently used: CBT, DBT, IFS and Attachment-Based work. I have been in the counseling field since 2012.
I integrate Buddhist practices, various schools of philosophy and research-based therapies. I am trauma certified.
“Man does not simply exist but always decides what his existence will be, what he will become the next moment. By the same token, every human being has the freedom to change at any instant.” Viktor Frankl
