I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. EMDR can be powerful for processing past trauma or painful experiences, while CBT and Solution-Focused techniques help build new habits of thought and behavior that support lasting change. Clients have found great success when I combine these methods.
