I work with children, families, and women, supporting those navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I deeply believe that healing and growth happen most effectively when families work together to understand, support, and empower one another. Utilizing EMDR, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based strategies, I support children, families, and women in building coping skills and creating change.
