Healing happens as we begin to process what our bodies have been holding. Trauma, grief, and painful experiences don’t just live in our thoughts—they live in our nervous system, relationships, and sense of self, often shaping patterns carried within families, communities, and across generations. As an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation, I am passionate about supporting Native clients and communities. My work is grounded in respect, cultural awareness, and a belief in the resilience carried across generations, while offering a collaborative, grounded, and deeply attuned space.
I specialize in working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual violence, and developmental trauma. I also support first responders and veterans who have experienced trauma in their line of work. My approach is somatic and relational, focused on healing trauma held in the body and within relationships.
I primarily integrate Brainspotting, a brain- and body-based approach that supports processing trauma held beyond words. This work can be especially impactful for complex and intergenerational trauma, allowing for deeper healing than traditional talk therapy alone.
