I specialize in working with women and mothers who appear strong on the outside but feel overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected within. Many are used to being the one others rely on, yet privately struggle with anxiety, constant mental load, and emotional exhaustion. They may find themselves overthinking, feeling on edge, or questioning themselves in ways they never used to. Many are navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, trauma, grief and loss, or major life transitions and are trying to find their footing again while holding so much for everyone else.

My approach integrates talk therapy with EMDR, parts work (IFS), and nervous system based care to support meaningful, lasting change. I’m warm, real, and actively engaged. Therapy with me is collaborative and holistic. I listen deeply, help you see patterns, and gently challenge what may be keeping you stuck so you can move forward with clarity & confidence.
