The 26 years therapist experience I offer is targeted toward using cognitive- behavioral, solution focused, and strength based approaches to help you become your personal best. I provide an approach that includes you. I have conducted over 500 mental health and substance abuse assessments, written letters to schools and courts, and taught others.
If you or your child is required to participate in a substance abuse assessment following an infraction, I can also provide this service. I can provide treatment services for substance abuse and mental health issues.
