If you are a person living with anxiety, depression, or a history of trauma, you will benefit from my unique holistic approach. I offer a trauma informed, client centered, empowering, and collaborative approach. We can explore early life experiences, or current circumstances that may impact your sense of wellbeing, and work together to develop new coping skills, and self-care tools. I will be present with you in the process of therapy, respect where you are, and focus on your goals. I offer a compassionate, and safe space, to explore growth, healing, and new ways of navigating life.
In addition to clinical social work, I have been a massage therapist for over 30 years, a yoga teacher over 25 years, and am a Certifed Yoga Therapist. This holistic approach rooted in mindfulness, allows a space to become gentler with ourselves, grow in self-awareness, and find more emotional ease.
I offer telehealth, and in person sessions with my dog, horses and nature on a beautiful horse farm in SW Michigan. I am licensed in Indiana, and in Michigan. Therapy can be an exciting process of self-discovery, and healing, I would love to talk with you about your journey!
