As a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive mental health counselor, I believe healing begins with understanding—not only of your internal world, but also of the cultural, historical, and systemic influences that shape your experiences. Whether you're dealing with complex PTSD or simply navigating the weight of grief and unresolved trauma, you're not alone. Therapy with me is about creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. I understand the unique mental and emotional demands placed on those who serve and protect our community and Country. I’m here to walk alongside you in your healing process.
I specialize in supporting adults who have experienced complex traumas, sexual trauma, high-pressure roles, or emotionally intense careers—especially those in law enforcement, first responders, and public service. Together, we work through grief, burnout, anxiety, and symptoms of PTSD or C-PTSD with compassion and intention.
In our work, I use a client-centered, solution-focused approach that honors your values, identity, and life story. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities—including ACT, CBT, DBT, CPT, mindfulness, and trauma-focused therapies—tailoring treatment to your needs.
