I specialize in supporting adults who have experienced complex traumas, sexual trauma, high-pressure roles, or emotionally intense careers—especially those in law enforcement, first responders, and public service. Together, we work through grief, burnout, anxiety, and symptoms of PTSD or C-PTSD with compassion and intention.
