About
I specialize working with women of color who are children of immigrants or multi-generational Americans that are dealing with every day stress through cultural values, familial relationships, and societal expectations. They strive to find purpose and are ambitious to lead authentic, choice-filled lives, while open to exploring the various aspects to their identity. Ultimately, they want to find a space where they are validated and heard while wanting to enable the stronger parts of themselves to create positive change in their lives. Feel free to contact me to set up a phone consultation to see if we are a good match.
As humans, we experience life within the full ranges of emotions - whether moments are good, bad, and sometimes ugly. I work collaboratively with you to create goals while acknowledging you as a human with various narratives and use strengths-based approaches to guide you towards identifying and utilizing your own strengths to create shifts in your life.
I am honored and grateful that you are taking your first step to change your life. The healing process is not easy, yet necessary, to initiate the life we want to live. Whether you are desiring a space to be heard or to explore the deeper parts of yourself, I will be here at every step of the way as a guiding witness to your journey.
