I am trained in distress tolerance skills and mindfulness, as well as addictions therapy and betrayal trauma/trust recovery therapy. There is no "one size fits all" model for a person's healing, recovery, & freedom and we will explore your goals with my recommendations. I remain curious about my clients, offering a safe space to process, reflect, and understand, as they make their brave steps towards wholeness.
