I work as a clinician and clinical supervisor in a group practice, Individual and Family Connection. We work with children and parents. My clinical and personal background means that much of my focus is in supporting children and young people who are neurodiverse, in particular ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Sensory Processing Disorders. I also work extensively with clients who experience anxiety and those who struggle to regulate their emotions. I provide standalone parent focused therapy and support if wanted and also have regular parent sessions as part of my therapeutic work with children and young people.
I approach each relationship in a collaborative, positive, and individual way. Understanding how my client communicates best and creating a therapeutic environment where they can do as they feel safe. Helping them and their families understand where challenging feelings and behavior have come from, why and how they can be changed.
Together with your support systems, we will work to promote balance and well-being for your child. I look forward to connecting you and your family.
