With over 17 years in private practice, I’ve supported individuals facing depression, anxiety, complex PTSD, grief, divorce, BFRBs, eating disorders, self-harm, parenting concerns, and relationship struggles—always with a focus on insight and healing.
I specialize in treating depression and anxiety, with a focus on how early attachment experiences and internalized beliefs shape emotional responses and relationship patterns. In therapy, I help clients build insight, increase flexibility, and develop practical strategies grounded in their personal values and goals.
