In life’s toughest moments, you need someone to walk through the darkness with you, someone who will listen with compassion and withhold judgment. No one was meant to face difficulty alone. My office is a place where we can work together to tackle the unwanted or overwhelming thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in your life without fear of judgment. I work with parents, children, adolescents, and young adults. I enjoy getting to work with people of many different backgrounds. I have experience helping clients through depression, anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties, parent-child conflict, divorce, and ADHD.
I have specialized training in ADHD for adults and children, covering topics like ADHD in the home, navigating the demands of school, navigating young adulthood and work with ADHD, time management skills, and how ADHD affects romantic relationships. I offer the opportunity to integrate one’s Christian faith into counseling to those who are interested.
Often, when people hesitate to start counseling, they believe that their trials are not worth the care or fear that their problems are too far gone for help.
