It's easy to feel overwhelmed these days. I have over 30 years of clinical practice as a psychologist, helping adults, couples, and adolescents who have been affected by depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, grief, relationship conflict, and mood disorders. Clients not only recover from their current distress, but also to learn how to become more resilient and "bullet-proof" against future stressors.
I also have over 20 years of experience working in organizations and served as an executive and life coach, helping clients solve complex life and career challenges. I understand the world of work and how it impacts our lives.
My approach is holistic. It's important to consider lifestyle, life circumstances, support systems and many other facets of a person's life rather than focus exclusively on the emotional symptoms.
