Welcome! I am NOT accepting new clients at this time. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community, Autism/ADHD Spectrum and the adoption triad. I am an EMDR informed therapist and currently working towards EMDR certification. I have experience with supporting individuals with managing anxiety, depression and mood disorders, among other mental health concerns. I enjoy working with people in transitional times in their lives, including college and retirement ages.
