Now accepting new clients. My name is Russ, many people can find it challenging to reach out for mental health support. I recognize this difficulty, and my goal is to make the therapeutic process as helpful and supportive for you as possible. I am a licensed clinical Social Worker/therapist. I am able to work with a variety of mental health difficulties. I am trained in providing evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, mood changes, and other mental health difficulties. I often work with clients who are struggling in their relationships and are dealing with difficult life events. I specialize in anxiety disorders .
I provide therapy from an integrative, interpersonal therapy approach. I draw upon other theoretical frameworks in therapy, as it would be helpful to a client, and tailor my approach to them. In addition to interpersonal therapy, I use CBT and trauma focused CBT which focuses on clients that have experienced emotional trauma in their life.
