LEARN HOW TO MELT STRESS. I will teach you how to return to your composure so you can think clearly again and direct your actions towards doing what you 'can do' and stop worrying about the rest. www.firststepacceptance.com is my website. Insurance companies that I accept are listed. I also offer a sliding scale. Videos explaining how I approach healing work are also available.
I utilize NLP, EMDR,(self hypnosis), breath work, psychodrama, and mindfulness meditation. My fundamental approach is to encourage you to practice returning to your composure and self acceptance instead of practicing depression, anxiety and stressing out. We always get good at what we practice.
I have been studying the body, breath, heart, mind and spirit for over four decades. I have traveled extensively to learn a broad range of healing modalities which strengthen wholeness, love and compassion. I have studied meditation in India for seven months and am a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher.
