I like working with individuals with a wide array of problems including: depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, relationship problems, behavioral disorders, substance abuse, impulse control problems, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, family problems, life skills deficits, and problems with decision-making. My goal is to help you achieve your goals. I am in the happiness business and I want help you achieve a happy, fulfilling lifestyle. I provide compassionate care and I am an efficient and effective counselor who uses evidence-based approaches like CBT and EMDR.
In the first session, I like to do a thorough assessment and learn as much as possible about a client's problems, challenges, and obstacles in life. Then I formulate a treatment plan to address and treat those problems.
I like working with a wide variety of clients. I love challenges and would like the opportunity to help clients with simple problems and complex, difficult problems learn the skills necessary to live a happy, fulfilling life. My goal is to help every client achieve their best life and reach their potential as a person.
