I received a PhD in counseling psychology from the University of Akron, an M.Ed. in counseling psychology from Columbia University, and a BS in psychology from Florida State University.

We'll explore how your relationship with yourself, family, friends, and vocation impacts your well-being. Outside of work, I value balance, enjoying time with my family at art galleries and trail running with my dogs.
