I am a psychologist in a group of mental health clinicians. I have a PhD in psychology and have been licensed since 2003. I provide neuropsychological and psychological assessment and psychotherapy. Neuropsychological assessments help people with memory, attention, and learning problems. Psychological assessments are available for pre-surgical evaluations for medical treatments including spinal cord stimulators pain management, bariatric weight loss, and seizure control. My therapy work is focused on long-term, insight-oriented work.
My approach to therapy is based on the idea that the connection & trust between patient & therapist is the key ingredient to success. The therapy process helps you understand yourself and make changes to improve your life and relationships. My approach to assessment is also therapeutic. The goal of the assessment is to help improve your life.
