I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, substance misuse challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I am a very spiritual person, and welcome discussion of this if that resonates with you. I believe that the relationship is the most important aspect of therapy.
