I have been practicing counseling in NC for the last 20 years. My goal in counseling is to help you discover your ability to self-regulate your emotions in a safe and nurturing atmosphere. I invite people to look inward to integrate their own individual values in order to become whole in body, mind, and spirit. I tailor our sessions to each client's belief system while committed to providing counseling in a safe non-judgmental atmosphere. I am experienced in treating issues such as: anger management, anxiety/depression, impulse control, relational issues, trauma/PTSD, and ongoing life adjustments. I also offer A.R.T. and clinical hypnosis for clients as needed.
