Marriage & Family Therapist, Ph.D., LMFT, LPC
I have ten years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families, and I teach the practice and research of marriage and family therapy at a local university. I firmly believe that you are doing the best you can and your struggles do not define who you are, and my focus is on helping you pinpoint what is keeping you from having satisfying relationships and achieving your full potential. In close consultation with you, I aim to help you devise strategies to improve your life quality and satisfaction.
Although I have experience working with a broad range of issues, I specialize in relationship and communication issues, as well as individual struggles such as depression and anxiety. I also work with children and adults of all ages and backgrounds.
To accommodate your needs and schedules, I offer evening and weekend appointments. Adopting a strength-based and non-pathological view of my clients, I don't accept insurance, but can provide documentation for you to seek reimbursement if you so choose.
