I provide psychoeducation about what depression & anxiety are and how therapy works to help reduce the unknown feelings.
The psychodynamic approach helps me connect the client's current depression and anxiety to their childhood and parents' behaviors. CBT and DBT will be used to help clients reframe thoughts and accept mental and physical issues. I will also encourage deep-breathing and journaling to cope with negative emotions on the daily base.
