As both a registered nurse and a psychotherapist, it is my privilege to walk with clients on their journey to wellness. As a clinician intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, I have experience assisting people struggling with regulating emotions and interpersonal relationships. Mindfulness is considered the core skill of DBT, and learning to be aware of the present moment with acceptance has been transformative both personally and in my practice.
As a nurse and psychotherapist, I recognize the importance of the mind-body connection. I work collaboratively with clients to achieve optimal mental and physical well-being. I believe that a trusting relationship has a critical role in growth and healing.
