While working with the child is important for creating change, I find parenting imperative and a necessary part of the work in treating youth. Additionally, I work with young adults and adults to address a wide range of therapeutic needs and goals.
With over 20 years of experience in community mental health, my practice centers on a holistic, relationship-based approach. I utilize evidence-based frameworks to identify and address the root causes of each individual’s challenges, tailoring my methods to meet their unique needs.
