If you are dealing with loss, a traumatic past, relationship issues, women's issues, or work stresses, let's work together to help you cope with life's stressors. I aim to help you navigate challenges, make sense of your experiences, and find hope, joy, and healing.
As a therapist, I am honored to hear your story and walk alongside you. I lean towards an eclectic approach to psychotherapy and use more than one theoretical approach to meet your needs. Some examples of approaches I use are CBT, Solution-focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive psychology, Christian & Catholic counseling, IFS, etc.
