Through collaboration and integration, I work with clients who are motivated for change in their lives. I have experience in the realms of depression, anxiety and PTSD. I also have experience working with cultural identity issues within the family and relationships.
Through my years of experience and training, I have gained insight in working with a variety of people and problems that they face daily. I have worked with couples and individuals facing interpersonal struggles, such as depression and anxiety. Cultural issues as well.
My clients have various backgrounds, experiences and ethnicities. Ultimately my goal is for my clients to experience growth and a more fulfilling life.
