You may look capable on the outside while feeling exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or lost on the inside. You've maybe spent years being thoughtful and “good." But when that stops working, it can feel very disorienting and downright scary.
I specialize in working with women who are struggling with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, overthinking, people-pleasing, identity questions, emotional overwhelm, and the pressure of constantly holding everything together. My clients are either women of faith, neurodivergent, creatives, deep feelers, or anyone who learned to survive through masking, overfunctioning, or self-abandonment.
Therapy with me is warm, grounded, collaborative, and deeply human. I value honesty, insight, curiosity, humor, and helping people develop greater self-trust rather than simply learning how to “perform goodness." I incorporate somatic work and EMDR, as well as coaching and helping you identify the patterns in your life keeping you stuck.
Healing isn't about becoming "better" or "perfect." It’s about learning to reconnect with yourself honestly and compassionately after years of surviving in ways that once made sense. It's about holding onto what matters while stepping into the next version of yourself. After leaving our first session, my goal is to help you feel two things: relief and hope.
