My therapeutic focus centers on reconciliation—the process of healing through restoring harmony within oneself and in relationships with others. Healing often unfolds as we learn to recognize and transform our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe we are all works in progress, continuously evolving as life’s circumstances shift and change. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can freely express themselves and explore their inner experiences. Through this process of understanding self and others, meaningful shifts in perspective and emotional clarity often emerge.
I emphasize overall well-being by promoting healthy lifestyle choices and fostering growth through a balance of psychological insight and spiritual awareness. My areas of specialization include anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, grief, and life transitions. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT and Solution-Focused Therapy.
