After more than 20 years in the corporate world, I chose counseling as a deliberate and deeply personal career shift. My professional journey has given me a strong understanding of human behavior under pressure—ambition, burnout, conflict, identity, and the quiet struggles people carry behind competence and success. As a counselor, I value authentic human connection above quick fixes. I offer a thoughtful, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, be fully seen, and explore what truly matters to you. Whether you are navigating life transitions, relationship pain, work-related stress, or a deeper search for meaning.
My own experience growing up dealing with trauma in a cultural background where talking about mental health still remains a taboo, makes me sensitive and aware to people's unique backgrounds . I am immensely interested in finding ways to help my clients based on their cultural experiences. I am solution and client focused .
Life happens and I wish we all had a rule book and a mind that could follow that at each step of our way! That doesn't happen though - right !
