Hello! Hola! I’m Rubyth Renteria, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults, teens, and children who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns, or disconnected from themselves and others. Many of the people I work with appear high-functioning on the outside while internally feeling anxious, burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. Some are carrying unresolved trauma while trying to hold everything together. Add in the pressure of “¿qué van a decir?” and family or cultural expectations, and it can feel nearly impossible to slow down without guilt.

I’m not the “just think positive” therapist. I specialize in anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system-based therapy. I work collaboratively to help clients better understand their emotional responses, build healthier patterns, and feel more grounded, connected, and in control.
