I incorporate techniques from behavioral therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and CBT, and others. Social justice and culturally responsive practices are values I bring to our work and I am HAES-aligned.
I work with a variety of issues including OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship and social issues, identity concerns, sexuality, and navigating major life transitions. My aim is to help you be more present in your life, discover what is most important to you, and take action to create your most meaningful and fulfilling life.
