My clinical interests are most demonstrated by Person-Centered, Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness Based practices and Experiential Counseling Styles. My philosophical approach is influenced by a Humanistic and or positive therapeutic approach while providing directed guidance and interventions.
I want my clients to know that the ideal client(s) in any situation is any individual and or group in need of assistance and mental health support. Also, I support social advocacy as well as psychoeducation. Asking for help is the first big step and turning point. I invite clients to be curious and creative. This is a safe space.
