I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach and integrate evidence-based modalities including EMDR, ACT, DBT, and CBT. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression across the lifespan. As both a Veteran and military spouse, I have a particular passion for supporting Veterans, Active Duty service members, and their families as they navigate
