Together we will address core wounds to allow you to approach yourself with compassion and adapt healthy coping strategies so you can move forward effectively in your life.
Everyone needs somethings different, which is why my approach is adaptable and can evolve to fit your needs as we go deeper into the therapeutic process. That being said, I bring expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts work, and a strengths-based approach.
