I bring a steady, grounded style—direct when needed, supportive always—and use CBT, DBT, MI, and evidence-based trauma work to help clients understand their patterns and regain control of their lives. I also have extensive experience with justice-involved individuals, helping people rebuild identity, stability, and self-trust after systems involvement. My work centers on safety, clarity, and real-world change.
In our first session, the focus is on creating a safe, steady space where you can talk openly without judgment or pressure. We move at your pace—nothing is rushed, nothing is forced, and you never have to share more than you’re ready for.
