Hi, I’m a real-life therapist—not just someone who nods and says “How does that make you feel?”. I mean, sometimes I will... because it IS a valid question. I work with kids 10+, teens, couples, and adults who are navigating anxiety, impulsivity, difficulty controlling emotions or mood, or coping with big life changes. My clients are often the “strong ones” in their circle—high-functioning but overwhelmed, burnt out, or tired of feeling like they have to keep it all together ALL the time. That's exhausting.

I blend multiple approaches including person centered, CBT, inner child work, and a good dose of humor (because healing doesn’t always have to be so heavy). I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy so I tailor it to fit what you need. My initial focus is giving tools to help in the NOW as we process anything and everything you are comfortable sharing.

As someone who lives with anxiety, I get it. I know how exhausting it can be to fight your brain every day, and how powerful it can be to finally feel safe enough to let your guard down.
