As a first-generation Latina, I understand the push and pull between family expectations and finding your own path. This can show up as pressure to succeed, struggling to set boundaries, and feeling caught between two different cultures. It can feel heavy and overwhelming but you don’t have to carry it alone.
Many of my clients are first-generation Latine or BIPOC adults navigating life as the first in their family to do things differently. You might be used to holding it all together for others, but now feel overwhelmed and spread thin. I offer a warm and supportive space where you can take a break from those pressures and focus on you.
Together, we explore how your beliefs and family patterns show up in your daily life. You’ll build practical tools to strengthen boundaries, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and prioritize your needs.
