I have a passion for helping clients that are struggling with their mental health. I am committed to helping them with life's challenges and to achieve their full potential. Through a collaborative and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship, I strive to make meaningful changes in their life. My areas of specialty include mood disorders, trauma and abuse (physical, psychological, emotional, verbal, and financial), and any difficulties adjusting to changes in life.

I use an integrative approach to therapy including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavorial therapy (CBT) Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Written Exposure Therapy. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II) and a trauma informed therapist. I have 6 years experience working with survivors of domestic violence.
