With couples and families, I integrate my background in conflict resolution with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based model that helps people move out of painful cycles, heal disconnection, and build stronger, more secure emotional bonds. To make this accessible, I accept most insurances for couples, including Medicaid.
With individuals, my approach is depth-oriented and focused on helping people understand themselves more fully and change the emotional and relational patterns that keep repeating. This work can be especially valuable for those caught in longstanding struggles with relationships, identity, or self-esteem, and for those seeking profound, lasting change
To facilitate this deeper exploration, I work with individuals in 45-minute sessions two to three times per week. Because this approach falls outside the brief, symptom-focused models typically covered by insurance, individual sessions are offered on a self-pay basis with an accessible sliding scale.
