Thank you for considering me. I know taking this leap can be intimidating. I specialize in working with all types of people who are navigating addiction and recovery. This means I have extensive experience helping people who are coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, attachment issues, grief and loss, relationship challenges, aging, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping LGBTQ+ people address matters common but not limited to the queer community, including identity exploration, coming out, internalized oppression, gender dysphoria, body dysmorphia, HIV related matters, and meth and chemsex addiction.
My primary goal is to provide a safe space where you will feel comfortable being yourself and never feel judged. My approach is integrative, meaning I pull from different therapeutic models according to what will work best for you. My work is trauma-informed and inclusive. I incorporate IFS, or parts work, when applicable and I am trained in EMDR.
