While the journey to self-discovery is a life long process, we can utilize the power that comes from knowledge of self, our relationships, and experiences, to make the best choices for our most authentic selves. This can also bring awareness to what parts of ourselves need curiosity, nurturance, awareness, and integration. My clients often hold multiple intersecting marginalized identities including BIPOC, AANHPI, SWANA, queer and trans folx, neurodivergent folks, individuals in non-monogamous relationships and in the Kink/BDSM community.
My approach is shaped by my intersecting identities, lived experience, and communal relationships which is why I stress the importance of making space for all of you in therapy. My practice is rooted in a collaborative and culturally responsive systems framework that is integrative, trauma informed, and ND affirming, built on transparency and consent.
I strive to create an affirming space for clients to explore different parts of themselves, process and integrate their experiences, and cultivate strengths and skills to help them reach their goals. I'm honored to be considered to support you on your therapeutic journey. I'm happy you're here and invite you to reach out with any questions!
