We’ll talk about what feels most important to address right now, as well as your long-term goals. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that feels meaningful and manageable for you.
I love to serve teens and adults who are ready to make a change and engage actively in the therapeutic process. I have a special focus on supporting the LGBTQ+ community and strive to create a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
