My aim is to help you meet your goals, be fulfilled, and get to your desired destination. I strive to create a compassionate and supporting environment, and I have dedicated my work to creating a safe space for you to come and feel heard. Reaching out to a therapist is tough, especially when things are hard, and I try to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to meet your objectives.
I work with couples at all stages including premarital and marital counseling and difficulties arising during and after divorce. I work with individuals and families on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I am EMDR-trained. I am also an attorney, parental coordinator, and domestic relations mediator in Alabama.
After graduating, I worked at a treatment center specializing in eating disorders and trauma and a private practice helping families of divorce.
